Tasmiah Rahman is a Nurse Practitioner registered in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO). She holds a Master of Science in Nursing – Primary Health Care Nurse Practitioner from Laurentian University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (High Distinction) from Dalhousie University.
With over eight years of nursing experience, Tasmiah has worked across mental health, acute care, and community settings. Her clinical background includes inpatient psychiatry, child and adolescent mental health, addictions services, women’s and children’s health, community transition programs, and specialized eating disorder care.
Tasmiah has extensive expertise in crisis assessment, medication management, and collaborative care planning. She has also held leadership roles as a Charge Nurse, supporting interdisciplinary teams in complex and high-pressure clinical environments.

Jane Wardell
Jane has collaborated with individuals aged sixteen and above, couples, and families since 2017, offering services to optimize client well-being through compassionate and knowledgeable support. She works extensively in the assessment and treatment of individuals who are experiencing low mood, anxiety, chronic pain and PTSD symptoms.
Jane graduated with a Bachelor of Arts, Social Development Studies (Hons.) from the University of Waterloo in 2017, followed by a Master of Social Work from Wilfrid Laurier University in 2019.
