Zoe has worked with adolescents and adults in both community mental health and private practice settings, offering client-centred counselling services grounded in trauma-informed care. She works extensively in the assessment and treatment of individuals experiencing anxiety, stress, mood difficulties, emotional dysregulation, and challenges related to major life transitions.
Zoe holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. Zoe takes a warm, holistic, and integrative approach to therapy, drawing from evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Narrative, Solution-Focused, Cognitive Behavioural, Person-Centered, and Strengths-Based therapies. Her professional background includes providing comprehensive psychosocial assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, delivering short and long-term therapeutic support, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams across healthcare and community systems.
In her spare time, Zoe enjoys spending time with her family, exploring farmers markets, and trying new recipes.
