Karel is a passionate and compassionate Registered Social Worker with over a decade of experience supporting individuals through trauma and major life transitions. He practices from a person-centered, anti-oppressive, holistic, and strength-based approach. Karel is in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers and holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Social Work from Carleton University, graduating with distinction.

Over the past five years as a registered practitioner, Karel has focused on community-based rehabilitation, helping individuals reintegrate into their lives following hospitalization for traumatic and acquired brain injuries, chronic pain, and cognitive or mental health challenges. His clinical experience spans both hospital and in-home settings. He has also supported underprivileged youth, individuals with developmental and physical disabilities, and families facing homelessness.

Outside of work, Karel enjoys spending time in nature, making maple syrup, traveling, and being with his family.

Christina is passionate about supporting clients through significant life changes, focusing on mental health and overall well-being. She has over five years of experience in community work, helping individuals facing homelessness, intimate partner violence, and emotional dysregulation. This led her to pursue a Master of Social Work at the University of Toronto, graduating in 2024. Christina is in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW) and is a member of the Ontario Association of Social Workers (OASW). Her clinical background includes work in both public and private sectors. Christina works primarily with adults experiencing trauma and other mental health challenges, offering an empathetic, non-judgmental, and client-centred approach. She draws on evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness. She is certified in Psious/Amelia Virtual Reality Exposure Therapy and completed training in Trauma-Focused CBT in 2023 and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy in 2025. Christina has also authored research in social work, communications, and intimate partner violence.

Zoe has worked with adolescents and adults in both community mental health and private practice settings, offering client-centred counselling services grounded in trauma-informed care. She works extensively in the assessment and treatment of individuals experiencing anxiety, stress, mood difficulties, emotional dysregulation, and challenges related to major life transitions. Zoe holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. Zoe takes a warm, holistic, and integrative approach to therapy, drawing from evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Narrative, Solution-Focused, Cognitive Behavioural, Person-Centered, and Strengths-Based therapies.
